Linen + lace = love.

I don't always get to meet the lovely young ladies who buy my dresses, particularly the one-of-a-kinds that I make for the shop when I have a few spare hours. So I was thrilled to see these photos that Jena posted on her blog--she fell in love with my little linen and lace frock, and I think it fell in love with her, too!
The linen bodice and underlay are paired with embellished tulle with lots of lace appliqu├ęs. The bodice and waist are also trimmed with smoke-colored velvet ribbon.
Doesn't she look amazing? I feel like this dress was made for her. And maybe, in some sort of cosmic way, it was. Thanks, Jena! I'm so glad that you and this dress found each other.

Hi Elizabeth,
Oh, I'm so glad you found my post! And so glad to have your beautiful dress, of course. Thank you so much for creating unconventional pieces like this. I'll send you some real pics from the wedding once we return! :)
